Alavir-E là thuốc PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) công thức TAF/FTC, phối hợp Tenofovir Alafenamide (TAF) 25mg và Emtricitabine (FTC) 200mg, sản xuất tại Việt Nam bởi Herabiopharm. Đây là thế hệ PrEP mới hơn TDF/FTC truyền thống, sử dụng liều Tenofovir thấp hơn nhiều (25mg so với 300mg) nhờ dạng tiền chất TAF được hấp thu hiệu quả hơn.Alavir-E is a TAF/FTC-formula PrEP medication, combining Tenofovir Alafenamide (TAF) 25mg and Emtricitabine (FTC) 200mg, manufactured in Vietnam by Herabiopharm. It represents a newer PrEP generation than traditional TDF/FTC, using a much lower Tenofovir dose (25mg vs 300mg) thanks to the more efficiently absorbed TAF prodrug form.

TAF (Tenofovir Alafenamide) đạt nồng độ hoạt chất trong tế bào cao hơn với liều thấp hơn nhiều so với TDF (Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate), giúp giảm đáng kể nồng độ thuốc lưu hành trong máu — từ đó giảm tác động tiêu cực lên chức năng thận và mật độ xương, phù hợp cho người có bệnh nền về thận hoặc dùng PrEP dài hạn.TAF (Tenofovir Alafenamide) achieves higher intracellular drug concentrations at a much lower dose than TDF (Tenofovir Disoproxil Fumarate), significantly reducing circulating blood levels — which lowers the negative impact on kidney function and bone density, making it suitable for people with underlying kidney conditions or long-term PrEP use.

Hướng dẫn sử dụngDirections for use

Uống 1 viên/ngày vào giờ cố định, hoặc theo phác đồ 2-1-1 theo chỉ định của bác sĩ. Cần xét nghiệm HIV âm tính trước khi bắt đầu và xét nghiệm lại định kỳ mỗi 3 tháng.Take 1 tablet/day at a fixed time, or follow the 2-1-1 regimen as directed by your doctor. An HIV-negative test is required before starting, with re-testing every 3 months.

Tương tác thuốc cần lưu ýDrug interactions to note

Thuốc kháng acid dạ dày chứa nhôm/magie liều cao kéo dài có thể ảnh hưởng hấp thu — nên hỏi ý kiến dược sĩ nếu đang dùng thường xuyên.Long-term, high-dose aluminum/magnesium antacids may affect absorption — consult a pharmacist if you use them regularly.
Các thuốc/độc chất gây độc thận (một số kháng sinh nhóm aminoglycosid, NSAID liều cao dài ngày, Cidofovir) dùng cùng Tenofovir cần theo dõi chức năng thận.Nephrotoxic drugs/substances (certain aminoglycoside antibiotics, long-term high-dose NSAIDs, Cidofovir) taken with Tenofovir require kidney-function monitoring.
Không có tương tác đáng kể với các thuốc tránh thai nội tiết, rượu bia ở mức vừa phải — tuy nhiên nên hạn chế bia rượu để đảm bảo tuân thủ uống thuốc đúng giờ.No significant interaction with hormonal contraceptives or moderate alcohol use — however, limiting alcohol helps maintain consistent, on-time dosing.

Không dùng cho người đã nhiễm HIV (không có tác dụng điều trị, có thể gây kháng thuốc nếu dùng sai mục đích).Not for people already living with HIV (it has no treatment effect and may cause drug resistance if misused).
Người suy thận cần được bác sĩ đánh giá trước khi chỉ định.People with impaired kidney function need medical assessment before being prescribed PrEP.
PrEP không phòng được các bệnh lây qua đường tình dục khác (giang mai, lậu, viêm gan...) — nên kết hợp bao cao su và xét nghiệm định kỳ.PrEP does not protect against other sexually transmitted infections (syphilis, gonorrhea, hepatitis...) — combine with condom use and regular testing.
