Dùng theo hướng dẫn của bác sĩ, thông thường 1 viên mỗi ngày vào một giờ cố định để duy trì nồng độ thuốc ổn định. Bảo quản nơi khô ráo, thoáng mát, tránh ánh sáng trực tiếp, dưới 30°C.Use as directed by your doctor, typically 1 tablet daily at a fixed time to maintain a stable drug level. Store in a dry, cool place away from direct light, below 30°C.

Tương tác thuốc cần lưu ýDrug interactions to note

Thuốc kháng acid dạ dày chứa nhôm/magie liều cao kéo dài có thể ảnh hưởng hấp thu — nên hỏi ý kiến dược sĩ nếu đang dùng thường xuyên.Long-term, high-dose aluminum/magnesium antacids may affect absorption — consult a pharmacist if you use them regularly.
Các thuốc/độc chất gây độc thận (một số kháng sinh nhóm aminoglycosid, NSAID liều cao dài ngày, Cidofovir) dùng cùng Tenofovir cần theo dõi chức năng thận.Nephrotoxic drugs/substances (certain aminoglycoside antibiotics, long-term high-dose NSAIDs, Cidofovir) taken with Tenofovir require kidney-function monitoring.

Không dùng cho người đã nhiễm HIV (không có tác dụng điều trị, có thể gây kháng thuốc nếu dùng sai mục đích).Not for people already living with HIV (it has no treatment effect and may cause drug resistance if misused).
Người suy thận cần được bác sĩ đánh giá trước khi chỉ định.People with impaired kidney function need medical assessment before being prescribed PrEP.
PrEP không phòng được các bệnh lây qua đường tình dục khác (giang mai, lậu, viêm gan...) — nên kết hợp bao cao su và xét nghiệm định kỳ.PrEP does not protect against other sexually transmitted infections (syphilis, gonorrhea, hepatitis...) — combine with condom use and regular testing.
