Dolutegravir ức chế enzyme integrase, ngăn HIV gắn ADN vào tế bào CD4, với rào cản kháng thuốc cao. Lamivudine và Tenofovir disoproxil ức chế enzyme sao chép ngược ở hai vị trí khác nhau, giúp kiểm soát virus toàn diện — cùng cơ chế với các thuốc TLD khác như TELDY (Hetero) hay Acriptega.Dolutegravir inhibits the integrase enzyme, preventing HIV from inserting its DNA into CD4 cells, with a high barrier to resistance. Lamivudine and Tenofovir disoproxil inhibit reverse transcriptase at two different sites for comprehensive viral control — the same mechanism as other TLD medications like TELDY (Hetero) or Acriptega.
